Life Groups are how our church grows larger and smaller at the same time.  Our goal is to help you make friends and experience a sense of family at The Rock.  We do this by encouraging small home-based groups where people can meet each other, share, have fun and encourage one another.  There are a variety of Life Groups to choose from and many topics and activities are covered.
