Special Guest Bishop Wellington Boone
BISHOP WELLINGTON BOONE has a passion for life and godliness and is one of today's most dynamic and respected Christian speakers.
As chief prelate of the Fellowship of International Churches and his many other leadership roles he crosses denominational and racial lines as a trusted spiritual father to leaders in North America, Africa, and around the world. In South Africa, Goshen International is transforming villages by educating their children and giving them a vision for their God-ordained destiny.
Through his Kingmakers movement for women and I Am a Man movement for men he says "Every Family Is a World" and the family—as God created it—is the foundation for society.
Four Decades of Impact. Bishop Boone has ministered worldwide to a broad spectrum of Christian ministries focused on meeting human needs from a biblical perspective. These include Regent University and CBN; the Salvation Army; Care Net and other pro-life organizations; Focus on the Family with James Dobson; Promise Keepers, where he has ministered to more than a million men in live audiences; MorningStar Ministries, where he has served on the board for 20 years; Campus Crusade for Christ with the late Bill Bright; World Changers with Creflo Dollar; and many others. He is the overseer of a multitude of churches worldwide and currently serves as senior pastor of The Father's House, in Norcross, Georgia.
SALVATION AND CHRIST-LIKENESS. Wellington Boone emphasizes a message of personal salvation in Jesus Christ, the development of Christ-like character through daily study of God's Word, personal consecration, lifelong marriage, and a biblical worldview of life. He lives out his message of humility with Katheryn, his wife of 40 years, three children and six grandchildren.
